We ship both from our QLD warehouse and directly from our distributors to ensure the best availability. When the product is shipped from different locations, cut-off times may vary. Packaging, Handling and Insurance.
You agree to pay all shipping, packaging, handling, and related insurance costs and fees, which may include a profit. In the event that the customer returns goods permitted under our Returns Policy, the customer shall consider shipping insurance for lost or damaged goods at least equal to the paid purchase price of the goods.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RISK OF LOSS IN CONNECTION WITH THE SHIPMENT OF RETURNED GOODS.
ORDER CANCEL & REROUTING
After shipment, order can not be cancelled, packages can’t be rerouted or placed on hold for pick up through carrier hub.
REFUSED & UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
The customer will be advised by Security Cameras Online when purchased goods are returned by the shipping company due to non-delivery and will be asked for further instructions.
This situation can arise from a genuine address issue or the customer's inability to receive the delivery. We will endeavour to ship the goods again, at the customer's expense, when requested.
We strictly do not deliver to PO Boxes, Locked Bags, and incomplete addresses. If a customer decides to provide a work office address, the parcel will not be left at the concierge or service desk. All parcels received from Security Cameras Online will require a customer signature.
We will also never instruct our shipping courier service partners to place valuable parcels in any place at the destination property address. If an addressee is not present at the delivery time, a notification card of attempted delivery will be placed in the mail box. The shipping company may or may not attempt another delivery.
