Term and Conditions


  1. We require full payment for the goods purchased at our store before the order is shipped to your address.
  2. We will fulfil the order within 1–2 days. In the event that stock runs out, we will promptly inform you about available options, e.g., a back order, a comparable product replacement, or a refund.
  3. Before the order gets sent out, the buyer's address provided in their account will be validated.
  4. We don't ship to PO Box addresses.
  5. We will not change your account mailing address unless you notify us in writing within 1-2 days of placing your order. Past that time, the order will be shipped to the address provided to us at the time of order placement.
  6. Although our shipping partner organisations have consistently delivered on time, we cannot guarantee the delivery timeframes.
  7. We will accept goods returned for refund or credit if you changed your mind, made a wrong decision, or due to any other circumstances. Products purchased as Sale Items, Manufacturer Cash Back, Special Orders or Quantity Orders are excluded from this refund policy due to the the imposed restrictions by our suppliers.
  8. The return period is 14 days from the delivery date. The shipped goods must be returned unopened, complete, undamaged, in their original packaging, and in their original condition, or they will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense. The customer pays a 20% restoking fee and trackable shipping to our warehouse. We will not accept personal deliveries.
  9. We will review the returned product and, if determined to have a refundable condition, will pay out in 3–4 business days. 


    1. If you believe you have a faulty product, please submit a Return Merchandise Authorization form and we will help you investigate the problem that may instigate a replacement process. 
    2. For the product to be eligible for manufacturer warranty service or repair, the claim must be made within the applicable warranty period. It starts on the day of purchase.
    3. Products that require repair or replacement while still under warranty will not be accepted for processing without RMA form. Do not send goods to us unless we instruct you to send them. out. All Warranty Returns MUST be pre-approved via RMA process.
    4. The returned goods will not be refunded or credited due to a broken quality control or tamper seal(s), missing accessories or packaging, non-original manufacturer packaging, 
    5. Special orders, quantity buys, software, batteries, data cables, racks and installation tools are not eligible for return and refund unless found to be manufacturer defective or damaged in transportation. The abovementioned return assessment process will apply to evaluate the product's condition.
    6. In order to find root cause of the problem we may ask you to provide images of the product, its settings and firmware versions. 
    7. Final determination of defective status and DOA or warranty handling is at the discretion of Security Cameras Online and the product manufacturer.
    8. Any physical modifications or alterations applied to the product will void the Warranty. Please note that any changes to product including dents, damages, scratches, opening body, cutting cables, re-soldering, rewiring internal cords and connectors will void manufacturer’s warranties.
    9. Any damages caused by incorrectly applied power source or due to third party energy supplier electrical surges will void the Warranty.
    10. A customer must use a reliable, trackable shipping service to securely and safely deliver the goods to the provided return address as part of the pre-approved Warranty claim.
    11. Do not write on, or attach labels to any product packaging or documentation as we will refuse the return with no exceptions.
    12. Customer pays for the Warranty product return shipment.
    13. We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of returned item(s) during transportation back to our warehouse. We suggest to register and insure the mail to the value of the purchased goods. The damaged goods will be refused and returned to a sender at sender’s expense.


    1. Defective product under warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policies and procedures.
    2. Product warranty is the responsibility of the manufacturer .
    3. Security Cameras Online does not accept any additional liability unless the product was sold with pre-paid additional warranty.
    4. Products or parts of them that are deemed to be defective may be repaired or replaced with an identical or comparable model. For warranty service, some manufacturers require that an end-user interact with them directly; whenever this is the case, a customer shall comply with this requirement.  
    5. We will do our best to facilitate warranty claim where possible for your convenience.
